Inspired by my Cuban and Dominican roots, I grew up witnessing the power of nature. My mom and godmother turned everyday herbs into acts of love, creating remedies that restored balance and resilience. Years later, life got hectic—long workdays, endless stress, and that overwhelming sense of burnout. Rediscovering medicinal mushrooms brought me back to my roots.

These natural powerhouses became my secret to thriving: calm focus, sustained energy, and less stress. During the stillness of the COVID lockdown, I began blending mushrooms with healing herbs and adaptogens. And just like that, MONTÉ was born.
